Welcome to Jewelry and More Auctions (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at https://www.jewelryandmoreauctions.com (the “Site”) and your participation in our online auctions. By accessing our Site and participating in any auction, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To participate in auctions, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming legally binding contracts. Users must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please use our Site fairly. We reserve the right to close accounts or cancel bids if we notice any suspicious activity or “shill bidding.”

2. AUCTION PARTICIPATION AND BIDDING

Bidding is Final / Binding Contract: When you place a bid, it is a commitment and is a legally binding contract. If you are the highest bidder when the auction ends, you have purchased the item and are obligated to pay the winning bid price plus applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Auction Process: The Company reserves the right to reject any bid, restart an auction in the event of technical failure, or withdraw any item from the auction at any time prior to the close of bidding.
Charity Auctions: Certain auctions may be designated as charity auctions. Participation in these events allows bidders to support various charitable organizations. The Company will facilitate the transfer of designated proceeds to the named charity partners.

3. ITEM CONDITION AND DESCRIPTION

“As-Is” Sales: Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the item description, all items—including antique, unique, new jewelry, and commemorative coins—are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” with all faults.
Descriptions: Most of our items are unique, antique, or one-of-a-kind. We do our best to take great photos and describe items accurately. However, Jewelry and More Auctions does not warrant that item descriptions or other content are error-free. Information regarding weight, size, and gemstone quality are estimates provided for convenience only.

4. PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

Payment: Winning bidders will receive an invoice following the close of the auction. Please make sure to pay for your items within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. If we do not hear from you or receive payment within that time, we may offer the item to the next bidder and limit your future bidding.
Shipping Fees: We keep it simple with a $7.00 flat rate shipping fee for all auction purchases, regardless of the number of items won in a single session, unless otherwise specified for oversized household items. Items will be packed carefully and shipped to the address you provided.
Transfer of Title: Title to an item does not pass to the buyer until the Company has received full payment in cleared funds.

5. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Window: We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, but only in the event of a material discrepancy between the item received and the website description (e.g., incorrect metal type or significant undisclosed damage).
Process: To initiate a return, you must contact support within the 7-day window. Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of the auction format, “buyer’s remorse” or a change of mind does not constitute a valid reason for a return. All commemorative coins are final sale unless proven to be non-authentic.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Jewelry and More Auctions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or participation in auctions. Our maximum liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific item in dispute.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Jewelry and More Auctions and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
