We want you to love your find! If something isn’t right, here is how we handle returns at Jewelry and More Auctions.

The 7-Day Window

If you need to return an item, please let us know within 7 calendar days of receiving it. After 7 days, all sales are final.

Condition of Returns

To get a refund, the item must be in the same condition it arrived in—unworn, unaltered, and with any original tags or packaging still attached.

Shipping Costs

• Original Shipping: The initial $7 shipping fee is non-refundable.
• Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t process a refund for items lost in the mail.

How to Start a Return

Just send us a message through our website or reply to your winning invoice email. We’ll guide you through the next steps!

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank to process the transaction.
